So good at what we do, TKOED includes a standard 3-year warranty on every professionally refurbished Dell Optiplex computer we sell.  In addition, many of our refurbished laptops now include a full, 1-year warranty ~ along with brand new batteries and wireless cards inside.  And remember, this isn’t an optional purchase.  It is INCLUDED free of charge... we’re that good!

Trouble-Free Computing TKOED takes the off-lease Dell OptiPlex computers (why Dell OptiPlex?) and after personal inspection, these computers are put through our intense Refurb process. By the time we are completed, a computer marked TKO ED Re-Certified will work as good as new and will look good enough to be given as a gift they are that nice! Although "used," by the time our Microsoft Certified Professional technicians have issued their seal of approval, these computers may have many brand new parts inside - including new hard drives or memory, processors, or keyboards and mice.

Because each and every computer we sell has been thoroughly inspected and individually tested (as opposed to spot-checked on an assembly line – like a brand new PC), a TKO ED Re-Certified PC will actually perform better than new.
